Hands-on trade skills
Not everyone learns through instruction, some have to DO in order for it to stick. Our students don't sit in class, they build tangible projects. Through real world instruction, they learn the construction trades.
career pathing
The trades are not "one size fits all"! Through the course of our programs we identify individual strengths and explore career options that fit. We offer certifications that can be carried throughout their career regardless of the path they choose.
life skills
Preparation for the real world is necessary. We teach financial literacy, money management, resume building, professional interview techniques so our students are confident when they complete our programs. Supportive services are available to help overcome barriers.
community revitalization
Our approach is unique. Learning serves a dual purpose: as students are mastering their craft through hands on activities, they are helping to repair and strengthen properties right here in their neighborhood. Our projects are offered to community members first.
